Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, building and operating a customer management infrastructure that will centrally manage customer data on each Salesforce product and platform and utilize it for sales support and customer support.
Main responsibilities:

• PM/PL role: Promote projects as the IT PM for various internal projects
• Developer role: Responsible for all development processes, mainly Salesforce development
• Role of the operations manager: Responsible for handling internal inquiries, configuration management, and security measures
• Introduction of Salesforce services and promotion of adoption
  • Optimization of sales processes using Sales Cloud, various service management, contract management, etc.
  • Improved efficiency of customer support using Service Cloud, promotion of knowledge management, etc. -
• Enhancement of customer touch points using Experience Cloud, etc.
  • Optimization of marketing processes using MA, etc.
• Salesforce development, operation, and feature additions
  • New development and maintenance of custom applications and business functions on the platform
  • Responding to inquiries from internal users, etc.
• Promoting business improvement using Salesforce
  • Promoting business standardization using Salesforce
  • Promoting know-how for making better use of Salesforce -
• Promoting business improvement by achieving external integration with Salesforce and other systems

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce product implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, Pardot, etc.)
• Experience in development and operation on the Salesforce platform
• Experience in project promotion (as PM/PL/PMO) for business process improvement/efficiency
• Business level or above Japanese language skills

Preferred qualification:

• Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple departments
• Ability to imagine potential customer needs and desires
• Skills in designing the architecture of the entire in-house system, including external systems
• English Communication Skills
