Responsibilities

国内をはじめとしてIndustry Complexのカーボンニュートラルを達成するために必要なSolutionを開発実装します。Industry Complexを構成する協業者、政府やグループ内関係部署をリードし、企業間連携によるCO2 削減を実現するためのプロジェクトを組成し運営します。Heat &Material Balance、Energy & Utility Balanceを代表としたプロセスエンジニアリングあるいは分析等を基にカーボンニュートラルの実現に必要な具体的施策を考案する役割が期待されるポジションです。業務内容は、案件の進捗に伴い下記となります。

• 技術調査
• 技術企画
• フィージビリティスタディ前のPreliminary Material Balance、Energy Balance studyの実行
• パートナー会社との共同プロセスエンジニアリング
• フィージビリティスタディの実行
• FEEDの支援
• 事業計画の作成及び予算編成・実績管理（技術パート）
• 各種契約の交渉及び締結（技術パート）
• 国内外プロジェクトとの知見・経験の共有及び水平展開

フィージビリティスタディの実施や海外での案件組成では、横河グループ海外拠点と遂行チームを組成して遂行することがあります。この遂行チームでの事業企画やプロジェクトマネジメント業務など、グループ内におけるコミュニケーションに英語スキルを活用できます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• プロセスプラント設備企画・計画の経験

下記のうち1つ以上の経験

• 概念設計（Conceptual Design）及び基本設計（FEED）の経験（2年以上）
• EPC及びProject managementの経験（3件以上）
• O&M計画管理の経験（2年以上）
• Process Engineeringの経験（2年以上）
• ビジネス英語力（ＴＯＥＩＣ600点以上相当を期待しますが、実務経験を重視しTOEICスコアにこだわらない。）
