Responsibilities

• Web・コンテンツマーケティング強化による、問い合わせ件数増を狙う為の企画・実行。
• Webトラフィック、問い合わせ状況などの現状分析と改善
• コンテンツマーケティングの再構築
• デジタルマーケティング施策の計画と実行
• デジタルリードジェネレーション施策の計画と実行
• 関連コンテンツの企画、制作管理
• 国内外展示会の企画
• 国内外の販売拠点と連携し、展示会の企画に参画。（運営するものもある）
• 主に海外展示会の効果を上げる為の施策検討
• インターナルマーケティング
• 社内向けのセミナー、勉強会などの企画と運営
• グローバル拠点への情報発信

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国内外・社内及び社外のステークホルダーと協力して仕事を進める為のコミュニケーション能力
• セルフモチベート型に、自ら学び、課題を整理し、必要な業務を定義してプロジェクトを推進できる方
• 顧客志向をもち、マーケティングなどの知識を活用し粘り強くプロジェクトに取り組める方
• 英語及び日本語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方
• マーケティング知識、数値分析能力、実務経験
• チームリーダーとして、チームメンバーを率いた経験のある方（3年以上を目安）
