Responsibilities

化学品部署の営業アシスタント業務を行って頂きます。英語でのメール対応、貿易実務経験必須となります。＜具体的に＞

• 営業アシスタント業務
• 売買計上等事務処理システム入力
• 送金や入金の処理業務
• 法令対応　
• 新人教育等運営支援
• 部内庶務業務

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英語中級レベル（TOEIC６００相当、メール対応必須）     
• 貿易事務実務経験           

■歓迎条件：

• 化学品の物流・貿易実務経験  
• 貿易実務B級もしくはC級  
• 簿記3級もしくは2級
• SAP使用
