Responsibilities

自動車電装部品（コネクタ）の開発に伴う製造設備、ツールの開発、立ち上げ、工程確立における関連業務。射出成形モールド金型等の精密金型設計、製造設備の立ち上げ、製造工程の確立をプロジェクトとして推進する業務になります。＜業務詳細＞

• 自動車電装部品の製造技術開発（モールド金型及び射出成形機周辺装置）
• デザインレビューへの参画、設備／工程見積作成
• 試作、量産設備の設計／立ち上げ／不具合の分析と改善／新規製造工程の提案とその確立
• 設備やプロセスの新技術開発によるコスト、リードタイム、品質改善
• 海外姉妹会社への技術交流、技術支援 及び 工場／協力会社（サプライヤー）への技術指導

Requirements

■応募要件：以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 射出成形モールド金型設計の実務経験
• 製造設備開発／設計業務の実務経験
• CAD経験（使用CAD、経験年数は問いません）

※英語中級程度（目安TOEIC（R）500点／英語でのコミュニケーションができる方歓迎）※現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば入社後の向上で挽回できます。
