Responsibilities

• 年間調達計画（ASP）の実行

-日本および北アジアにおける各種調達カテゴリまたはサブカテゴリの年間調達計画を実行し、価値創造活動を通じてP&Lへの影響、コスト回避、生産性向上に寄与します。

• 地域およびグローバル戦略の実行

-APMEA地域のMGSコマーシャル地域調達マネージャーと連携し、地域およびグローバル戦略をローカル市場の条件に基づいて実施します。

• カテゴリ内の地域共同体に参加

-APMEAクラスター（中国、ANZ、NSEA、インド、MEA）内のカテゴリ担当チームメンバーと協力し、カテゴリごとのASPを実行します。

• 商品およびサービスの購入

-価格、容量、サービスレベルを確保し、調達戦略に基づいて商品およびサービスを購入します。

• 消費分析と調達ロードマップの実行

-マーケットおよび財務洞察に基づいて消費分析を実行し、コスト削減、プロセス改善、サプライヤ管理に焦点を当てた3年間の調達ロードマップを実行します。

• 地域市場のカテゴリ洞察の開発

-外部ベンチマークおよび現地でのベストプラクティスの導入。

• 地域サプライヤ管理

-Tier1およびTier2サプライヤとの関係を管理し、パフォーマンス管理、品質およびコスト改善を推進します。

• 供給基盤戦略の作成および実施：契約およびKPIのモニタリングを行い、サプライヤ関係を管理します。
• 機能ディレクター、GM、CFOなどとの関係構築

-ニーズの理解を深め、地域戦略と整合するための適切なレベルのチャレンジを提供します。

Requirements

• ビジネス、サプライチェーン、マーケティング、調達または関連分野の学士号
• 8年以上のカテゴリ経験（特にサプライヤ管理および財務分析の経験）
• 日本語・英語スキル
