Responsibilities

同社は予約・顧客管理システムを提供するSaaS系スタートアップです。高い技術力を強みに、競合他社にはない唯一無二のサービスを独自に展開し、市場をリードしています。
Business Operation Managerは、業務改善・体制構築を率いていく重要な役割を担います。具体的には、契約管理、請求書作成、売上データ作成までを担うBusiness Operation部門において、メンバーマネジメントを行いながら、業務改善を推進していただきます。KintoneからSalesforceへシステム移行中であり、各仕組みや現場の業務を理解した上で、新たなフロー・体制を構築していく面白さがあります。

Requirements

• IT企業におけるオペレーション、業務管理の経験
• 業務フロー構築、業務改善の経験
• システム使用経験（Kintone、Salesforce使用経験が望ましい）
• 日常会話レベルの英語力
• 1名以上のメンバーマネジメント経験
