Responsibilities

Reporting to Demand & Supply Planning Manager, the Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance the consensus demand plan for Finished Goods as well as supply execution. You will support the department to ensures alignment with company’s financial and sales plans.
Main responsibilities:

• Demand Planning
  • Support analysis of historical sales data, trends, base growth, distribution, market share and create/analyze a statistical forecast and determine the operations demand plan in order to challenge/align with the sales demand plan.
  • Collaborate with Sales and the demand planner to understand the past performance of sales, drive root cause analysis to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies.
  • Support the achievement and reporting of Forecasting Targets (forecast accuracy).
• S&OP
  • Supporting the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, provide input and insights to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings for Finished Goods products and event items.
  • Provide to a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound and outbound volumes.
• Supply Planning
  • Support solutions to resolve Demand and Supply imbalances.
  • Support the management of inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines. Alert to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager in case of risks in inventory management, and provide plan to reduce risks
  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure 100% availability.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data and purchase price variance
  • Extract a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound and outbound volumes. (to be share with Logistics Team)
  • Accurate and proactive system information and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager and Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders.

業務内容：

• 需要計画
  • 過去の販売データ、トレンド、ベース成長、流通、市場シェアの分析をサポートし、統計的な予測を作成／分析し、販売需要計画に挑戦／整合させるためのオペレーション需要計画を決定する。
  • 営業および需要プランナーと協力し、過去の販売実績を理解し、根本原因分析を推進し、過去の期間におけるエラーを理解し、矛盾を浮き彫りにする。
  • 予測目標（予測精度）の達成と報告をサポートする。
• S&OP
  • 需要・供給計画マネージャーをサポートし、完成品およびイベント品目の販売・オペレーション計画（S&OP）プロセスおよび会議に意見や洞察を提供する。
  • インバウンドおよびアウトバウンド量に関する3PL向けのローリングフォーキャストを提供する。
• 供給計画
  • 需要と供給の不均衡を解決するためのソリューションをサポートする。
  • 在庫切れのないよう在庫レベルの管理をサポートし、ビジネスプランに沿った在庫レベルを確保し、品質ガイドラインに沿った健全な製品年齢を確保する。在庫管理にリスクがある場合、需給計画マネージャーに警告し、リスクを軽減するための計画を提供する。
  • ロジスティクスチームと緊密に連携し、可用性を100%確保する。
  • マテリアルマスターデータと購買価格差異の正確性を維持・確保する。
  • インバウンドとアウトバウンドのボリュームに関する3PL向けのローリングフォーキャストを抽出する。(ロジスティクスチームと共有）
  • 需給計画マネージャー、オペレーションマネージャー、関連するステークホルダーへの正確かつ積極的なシステム情報および主要業績評価指標（KPI）の報告。

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ experience or interest in working in areas of demand & supply planning, logistics, sales forecasting, finance, business intelligence, stock allocation/management in Chemical/Medial/Automotive/Retail/FMCG industry (Food industry is the best) 
• Some level of knowledge of retail account operations, forecasting technology, systems, and supply chain management 
• Self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills
• MS Office skills- Pivot table, VLOOKUP is required
• Business level English (speaking is required) and Japanese

Preferred qualifications:

• Preferably some knowledge and experience in SAP, ERP 
• Preferably some knowledge of demand statistical tool
• Experience managing the shelf-life product is huge plus
• Excel advanced skill is plus

• 化学/医療/自動車/小売/FMCG業界（食品業界がベスト）における需要・供給計画、ロジスティクス、販売予測、財務、ビジネスインテリジェンス、在庫配分/管理の分野での業務経験または関心があること。
• 小売アカウントオペレーション、予測技術、システム、サプライチェーンマネジメントに関するある程度の知識 
• 強い問題解決能力を持ち、問題解決を推進できる自発的なチームメンバー
• MS Officeスキル、エクセル上級スキル（ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUPは必須
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（スピーキング必須）、日本語力

歓迎要件：

• SAP、ERPに関するある程度の知識と経験があることが望ましい。
• 需要統計ツールの知識があることが望ましい。
• 賞味期限商品の管理経験があれば尚可
