Responsibilities

• 事業のグローバル展開において、フレームワーク構築・運営業務等の人事労務分野を担当いただきます。

＜駐在者管理に係る体制構築及び運用＞

• 労務管理
• 海外給与対応
• 駐在前後、駐在中の各種サポート（一時帰国、安全衛生、帯同者対応など。ベンダーとの対応あり）
• 海外勤務者に関する規程類の見直し

＜海外グループ会社のガバナンス、コンプライアンス対応＞

• 現地の人事担当者、事業責任者等と連携し、ガバナンス上必要な事項の報告を受け、対応の検討・実施を行う
• 法改正等対応状況のモニタリング体制構築、モニタリングの運用

※海外出張の可能性有（主にオーストラリア、短期もしくは長期（3ヶ月程度））※国内における人事労務業務も一部対応いただく場合があります（業務の繁閑に応じて）

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
• グローバル人事の業務経験をお持ちの方（海外拠点との英語によるコミュニケーション）
• 国内人事業務全般の実務経験5年以上（その内、「最低限」の給与計算や社会保険手続きなどの知識やスキルをお持ちであること)
• 基本的なPCスキル（googleオフィスツールアプリ、Word／Excel／Powerpoint等）

• 上場企業や、グループ会社、子会社を抱える企業での人事労務全般の知識、経験
• 駐在者管理経験をお持ちの方

6.86 - 9.8 million yen
