Responsibilities

アジアのニュースを世界に発信する同社新聞社の英文メディアの新規購読者獲得のためのマーケティングや法人営業、海外販売代理店の営業支援、カスタマーケア業務を担当していただきます。
■募集概要：顧客はアジアを中心に世界中にいます。様々な国の読者に向けてデジタルマーケティングを実施し、国内外の販売代理店とも連携して市場を拡大していきます。日々、英語と日本語でコミュニケーションを取りながら、同社サービスビジネスの最大化を目指し、アジアを代表するナンバーワンのメディアをともに作る人材を募集します。
■具体的な業務内容：（1）法人営業・販売企画

• 法人営業
• 英文メディアのマーケティング（市場分析、競合分析、販売戦略企画）
• 担当販売エリアの営業推進、イベント企画立案

そのほか、開発部門や編集部門など様々の部署と連携し調整を行い、顧客要望や課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。
（2）海外代理店業務のサポート

• 海外代理店向けの販促企画立案や、部数計画の進捗管理
• 代理店からの問い合わせへの対応

（3）カスタマーケア

• 顧客からの問い合わせへの対応
• 顧客分析

Requirements

■必須

• 海外営業もしくはマーケティング経験
• 関係部門との議論を推進できるコミュニケーション力
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（TOEIC(R)テスト900点以上相当）

※使用場面は、メール、リモート会議、海外出張など
■歓迎

• デジタルツールを活用したマーケティング経験（MAツール、データ分析など）
