Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 募集部門との採用ニーズの確認、JD提案
• 各種採用手法提案、実施
• 選考管理
• 人材エージェントとのコミュニケーション
• 内定交渉、手続き業務（内定者からの質問対応を含む）
• 採用イベントの企画・運営
• その他採用関連業務（中途）
• またご希望・ご経験によっては、従業員Engagement向上など、中途採用業務以外の業務に従事いただくことも可能です。

※上記は雇入れ直後の業務範囲であり、会社の定める業務内容に変更の可能性あり

Requirements

必須要件：

• 人事部にて採用担当としての経験（アシスタント業務不可）
• 短大・専門学校卒以上
• 社内ステークホルダーと関係を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
• MS Officeスキル（Excel（データ集計や分析）、PowerPoint、Word）
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
• 英語力で簡単な会話ができる方（文書作成含）尚可
