Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 開発段階/初期流動段階でのPhase移行審査の仕組みの改善と実施（AQPQ）
• 量産品質改善支援（購入品品質改善含む）
• 新規引合に対する重要度合い評価付の仕組みの改善と実施（リスクアセスメント）
• 製品実現可能性（フィジビリティスタディ）の評価の改善
• 製品分類のためのBOMの見直し/構築した仕組みの各事業部への展開と定着、維持

Requirements

必須要件：

• 次の何れかのご経験を10年以上あるいは、その期間に相当する経験と知識をお持ちの方。
  • 自動車メーカーあるいは、自動車メーカーに部品を供給するTr1、Tr2サプライヤーの業務として開発（設計or評価）・生産技術開発領域に在籍し、製品の立上げに携わったご経験
  • 自動車メーカーあるいはTr1、Tr2サプライヤーにおいて、開発・生産技術面から開発品質や市場品質課題に携わり、課題の解決に貢献したご経験

歓迎要件：

• VDA6.3の基礎知識
• IATF16949及び関連するコアツール(PPAP、APQP、MSA、SPC、FMEA)の基礎知識
• IATF16949のQMSでの業務経験
• 市場問題改善経験
• 顧客との折衡経験（報告、情報交換など）
• 業務上でPPAPに携わったご経験
• 海外駐在や長期出張のご経験
• 英語能力（TOEIC600点相当）
