Responsibilities

（1）連結決算業務全般（IFRS）

• 四半期毎の制度連結決算（IFRS）
• 法定開示資料作成（有価証券報告書等）
• IFRSの基準改訂・新設の調査・研究、グループ全社における導入
• グループ会計方針の維持・管理

（2）日本貿易会（会計コミッティ）対応

• 会計関連の基準改訂・新設の識別
• 各商社への意見の依頼・取り纏め（パブコメ対応）
• 上記パブコメ対応における英訳対応
• 会計コミッティ定例会の議事・運営

※専門性の高い領域のため、ご経験や適性に合わせてアサインを検討したいと思います。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 四年制大学・大学院を卒業・修了後、職歴が2年以上ある方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト730点以上）
• 英語での読み／書き／会話ができること（メールや会議など、英語でコミュニケーションを行います）
• 以下いずれかのご経験

IFRS基準での連結決算業務／開示リサーチ業務／IFRS適用企業への監査業務／それらに準ずる業務経験（品質保証など）
