Responsibilities

• 組織最適化に向けた制度設計と施策の企画・運用
• 組織・人事発令の運営
• 役員人事（就任・改任・退任に関わる承認プロセス）
• 人事データの定点観測、分析による課題特定と対策

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 日常会話以上の英語力（TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上）
• 人事、組織開発、または関連分野での3年以上の実務経験
• チームでの協働経験と、他の部門との連携能力
• 変化する環境や新しい課題に迅速に適応する能力
• 経営陣や他のステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションスキル
• 基本的なExcel（ピボットテーブル、Vlookup、四則演算は必須）とPowerPointスキル
