Responsibilities

• 海外拠点と協力し、製品を製造するためのプロセスを計画し構築する
• 生産量の増強や生産の効率化のため新規設備の導入や改造に関連するプロジェクトを推進する。
• 医療機器又はその構成部品を所定の仕様を満たす再現可能な方法で製造するための設備の適格性確認、及びプロセスバリデーション活動を実施・管理する
• 製品や部品の図面の情報伝達、格納等のシステムを確立し実行する
• 医療機器及び、それに使用される中間製品の製造プロセス文書の標準化を確実にする
• コスト削減、品質改善のためのプロセスの変更を推進する
• 問題解決のために適切な手法を用いたデータ分析、品質の調査と対策・改善を行う

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネス中級レベルの英語力（海外拠点とのコミュニケーションの際に必要）
• 製造業における実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）
• 生産（プロセス・機械・設備）に関する基礎知識
• PC：Word, Excel

歓迎条件:

• プロジェクト管理の経験と知識があれば尚可
• 分析ツールと問題解決に関する経験と知識があれば尚可
