We develop and manufacture manufacturing equipment utilizing advanced technologies. Responsibilities

• 新規プロセスモジュールの開発（検討、設計、試作、評価）
• プロセス領域は特定しないが、最初の担当は成膜用プロセスモジュールとなる予定です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 産業用機械開発経験5年以上

歓迎条件：

• 成膜装置、若しくはドライエッチング装置のプロセスモジュールの開発経験5年以上
• 客先対応の経験がある
• 筆頭発明者の特許出願経験がある、もしくは、主著者の論文や学会発表経験がある
• 英語（TOEIC(R)テスト：600点以上）、オンライン会議や海外出張でのディスカッションが可能
