Responsibilities

• 商品開発：開発担当と協力し、サンプル開発・進捗を管理、工場・取引先と交渉業務
• 品質管理：品質管理担当と協力し、量産対応における継続生産・供給できる体制構築業務
• 量産管理業務：数値計画担当と協力し、調達先の選定、進捗管理、納期管理、コスト管理業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 家具関係でのモノづくり工程の管理経験者、国内外の工場、取引先、社内関連部署との折衝経験（メーカー、商社、小売業いずれも可能）
• パソコンスキル一般（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント等）
• 語学力（英語を使用して海外の工場、取引先とダイレクトに交渉できるスキル）

歓迎条件：

• マネージャーとして複数名の部下をもちマネジメントした経験のある方
• 営業経験があること（商売の感覚を持っている）
• 語学力（中国語）、外国籍の方は日本語能力試験1級
