Responsibilities

• ウェーハボンディング統合プロセスの実装を主導し、最高のパフォーマンスと信頼性を確保する。
• クロスファンクショナルに協力して統合要件を定義し、製品要件に基づいてウェーハボンディング技術のベストプラクティスを確立する。
• ウェーハボンディングの方法論におけるイノベーションを推進し、新しいボンディング技術/ソリューションをベンチマーク/評価し、業界の革新と最新技術に精通する。
• ジュニアエンジニアに技術的リーダーシップと指導を提供する。
• ウェーハボンディング統合の問題に対する詳細な分析とトラブルシューティングを実施し、必要に応じて是正措置を主導および実施する。
• 米国のプロセスチームと協力して、移行とセットアップを行う

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電気工学、半導体デバイス技術、物理学、または関連分野での修士号または同等の経験
• 業界での最低10年の経験、うち3～5年はウェーハボンディング技術に関する経験
• フュージョンボンディングの専門知識が必要
• 統計的プロセス制御および分析ツールの使用に関する知識
• ウェーハボンディングに関連する材料特性評価および分析技術に関する強い理解
