Responsibilities

• 経営幹部の通訳対応
  • 対面会議、Teams／Zoom会議を主に想定…よくある状況としては、英語⇒日本語はウィスパリング、日本語⇒英語は逐次の組み合わせで対応
  • 経営幹部出張時の対応は＜同行＞、＜リモート対応＞のどちらとするか都度調整（応相談）
  • 経営幹部のメールやその他ドキュメント（例：スピーチ原稿）の翻訳
• その他の役員・社員の通訳対応
• 通訳以外の業務への対応
  • 会議資料や文書の翻訳業務
• ※基本的には通常業務時間内（9：30～17：30）を想定していますが、早朝・深夜（最大7：00～22：00）対応の可能性もございます。※海外出張（APAC地域中心）の同行もあり得ます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ＜スキル面＞
  • 英日・日英双方向逐次に加え、英日ウィスパリングが可能なレベル
  • 経営レベルの用語（事業戦略、経営戦略 etc）への対応
• ＜志向性について＞
  • 早朝・深夜（最大7：00～22：00）の対応にも対応いただける方
  • ※基本的には、通常営業時間内の業務となります。
  • ※早朝・深夜に勤務いただいた場合、早めに業務終了・翌日遅めに開始など柔軟に調整可能です。
  • ※海外出張（APAC地域中心）の同行可能性あり。
  • 職業倫理をお持ちの方（機密保持、熱意、勤勉性、etc）
