Responsibilities

• 実務リーダーとして、国内外グループ会社の人事担当者と連携して労働政策の企画立案・施策推進〔健康安全施策、就業･労働時間制度、福利厚生制度など〕に従事いただきます。
• また、人事部内横断プロジェクト業務にも従事いただく場合があります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 労働政策に関する専門知識ならびに企画立案・施策推進の経験（目安5年以上）を有し、英語での業務遂行が可能な方
• 企業理念に共感できる方
• 多様な社員や関係者とオープンかつ積極的にコミュニケーションを取って信頼関係を構築できる方

尚可要件：

• 小規模組織もしくはプロジェクトのリーダーを務めた経験がある方
• ISO45001の認証取得・維持に関する業務に従事した経験がある方
• 社会保険労務士
• 衛生管理者
