-
Main responsibilities:
- Liaison and coordination with the customer group companies.
- As liaison with customer retailers, liaise with the following departments to promote good will communication to support both parties’ business to grow and prosper.
- Product Strategy Dept., Office of Executive Officer in charge of Product, etc.
- President office, Strategy Division, Product Development Division, BOD Meeting Management Office of Administrative Division, etc.
- Other GROUP companies : Management offices, etc.
- Suport for the Japan leadership team
- Support communication between US management team and executives of customer retailer group companies. (Including meeting arrangements and Liaison and translation of letters, email messages, PPT presentation materials, etc.)
- Implement visitors scheduling in Japan
- Scheduling of visitors from the US parent company and support during their visit to Japan.
- Internal meetings (individual meetings, Japan ELT Meeting, store visits, etc.)
- Meetings with the management team of retail customers
- reation/maintaining of visitors’ itinerary.
- Hotel room reservation
- Coordination of transport support
- Arrangement of related events, presentation meetings, food sampling, store visits and other activities
- Liaise with Executive Officers Office to set up regular meeting.
- Provide with administrative support for meetings & events for the customer.
- Retail customer group companies’ overseas trip (trade fair, store visits, etc.)
- Support for DTV food sampling meeting (preparation, cooking, etc.)
- Translation & Interpretation
- Communication support for corporate head office management team regarding Japan business
- Translation of email messages, letters, etc. to be submitted to management
- Interpretation support for management team during their visit in Japan
- Board of Directors Meeting /Shareholders Meeting
- Preparation for English materials: Translation or outsourcing of all Japanese materials
- Arrangement of simultaneous interpreters:
- Outsourcing of simultaneous interpreters in advance.
- Monitoring the interpretation during the Meeting on site (including support for the internet access of the Board Director participating from abroad)
- Transmission of all translated materials to the interpreter and the Board member from overseas prior to the Meeting.

- 日本におけるグループ企業経営陣とのリエゾン
- ジャパン・リーダーシップ・チームのアシスト業務
- 米国親会社経営陣と顧客小売企業の経営陣とのリエゾン(会議の設定、レター、メール、プレゼンテーション資料の翻訳等を含む)
- ビジター来日時のスケジューリング
- 顧客小売企業とのビジネスミーティング、イベント設定に関するサポート
- 翻訳、及び通訳業務
- 本社経営陣の日本事業に関するコミュニケーションサポート
- 小売顧客企業経営陣とのEメール通信、書簡の送信に関する翻訳サポート
- 本社経営陣ビジターの日本滞在時の通訳サポート
- 関連企業の取締役会及び株主総会の翻通訳サポート手配
- 会議書類・資料の英語翻訳版の準備
- 取締役会の通訳の手配、及び会議書類・資料の英語翻訳版の準備
- 日本におけるグループ企業運営に関する株主定例ミーティングのコーディネーション
- プレゼン資料の翻訳手配
- 同時通訳者の手配
- 各種イベントのサポート

- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- College Degree or above
- Advanced level of English
- Interpretation skill (E to J, J to E)
- Translation skill (E to J, J to E)
- Japanese document writing and editing skill
- Experiences in visitors scheduling, arrangements of meetings, events, etc.
- Experience in a global working environment
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook including OneDrive)
- Strong Associate Relations and Customer Service experience
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to adapt to the environment with high flexibility
- Ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive issues, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.

- 通訳スキル (英語から日本語、日本語から英語)
- ウィスパリング、同時通訳のスキルがあれば尚可
- 翻訳スキル (英語から日本語、日本語から英語)
- 日本語のビジネス文書作成及び編集能力を有するかた
- ビジターの日程表作成経験、会議・イベントの手配経験があれば尚可
- グローバルチームとの業務経験があれば尚可
- PC スキル (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 含OneDrive)
- アソシエイト・リレーションズと顧客との関係構築の経験が豊富であること
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力を有するかた
- 環境適応能力及び柔軟性があること
