Responsibilities

• 顧客（建機、農機中心）向け直接販売と代理店向け販売の拡大。
• 収益性の向上上利益率の低い製品の価格改善。
• 顧客販売と代理店販売の売上、受注予測の作成。
• 支払期間短縮と未回収金の削減。
• 新製品や既存製品の顧客要求仕様の確認。
• 海外BU（Business unit）とのコミュニケーション、レポート。
• 一般職クラスの営業部員へのコーチングやチームリード。

Requirements

• 農機、建機業界への営業経験5年以上
• ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語
• MS　Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）のスキル
• コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、目標達成力、前向きな姿勢
• 顧客ニーズの把握力、提案力、企画力

歓迎条件:

• SAPベースの営業管理ERPの使用経験
• 油圧製品また電装品の知識
