Main responsibilities:
  • The Sales Manager is tasked with identifying and securing new built-form development opportunities across Japan for the company.
  • This role involves managing the project's end-to-end life cycle from acquisition to completion.
  • This role will maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as local estate agents, consultants, contractors and developers, ensuring that all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • The key objective of this position is to source new acquisition opportunities that meet business objectives and ensure that the company's development pipeline is growing with value-accretive opportunities and successful delivery of development projects. 
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Native level Japanese
  • Real Estate Licence
  • Native Level Japanese
  • 10-15 years of real estate and development experience
  • Team management experience – desired
  • Adhoc travel
