Main responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager is tasked with identifying and securing new built-form development opportunities across Japan for the company.
- This role involves managing the project's end-to-end life cycle from acquisition to completion.
- This role will maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as local estate agents, consultants, contractors and developers, ensuring that all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- The key objective of this position is to source new acquisition opportunities that meet business objectives and ensure that the company's development pipeline is growing with value-accretive opportunities and successful delivery of development projects.

Minimum requirements:
- Native level Japanese
- Real Estate Licence
- Native Level Japanese
- 10-15 years of real estate and development experience
- Team management experience – desired
- Adhoc travel
