Responsibilities

＜連結経理業務＞

• 子会社・関連会社48社（2013年度よりIFRS任意適用）※会社ごとに担当があり1名につき5～6社を担当
• 国内外の子会社経理部門とコミュニケーションをとり、経理面での助言・支援を行いながら連結財務諸表を作成

＜決算開示資料の作成業務＞

• 月次、四半期決算を行い社内報告資料を作成
• 社内関連部門と連携し社外開示資料（決算短信、有価証券報告書等）を作成

＜その他＞

• 新規案件等に関する社内関連部門への会計・税務面からの助言・支援
• 会社法決算対応・J-SOX対応

Requirements

• 英語に抵抗がなく読み書きができる方（メールが中心※翻訳ツール等を使いながらの対応で問題ありません）

以下いずれかのご経験・スキルをお持ちの方:

• 連結決算の実務経験
• 税理士（あるいは科目合格者）の方
• 公認会計士(あるいは論文式試験合格者)の方
