Responsibilities

■業務内容：Global Logistics（GLOG）Japanは同社のCorporate組織として、全ての11BUにLogistics Serviceを提供します。今回の募集はDCチームのリーダーとして、Distribution Center（DC）における業務全般をお任せします。4万平米超えのDCでは、完成品、中間品、原材料資材などを取り扱っています。
■業務詳細：

• 日本における3PLが運営するDC（約200名）全般をリードし、ビジネス目標の達成に貢献します。
• チームマネジメントおよび部下育成。
• DCに関連するコスト効率の向上およびオペレーションの最適化を通じた顧客満足度の向上。
• KPIデータ分析およびレポート作成。
• 工場、BU、3PLを含む各ステークホルダーとの関係構築およびマネジメント。
• 部下および掛川にある3PL倉庫全般の管理。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 物流分野における10年以上の経験（特に大規模倉庫および3PLマネジメント）。
• SAP（WM、MM、SD）または主要WMSの使用経験。
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力
• 5年以上の管理経験を有し、チームワーク意識と柔軟な対応力を持つ方。

■歓迎条件：

• 自動車部品業界、電子部品業界におけるB2B経験、または物流業界経験。
• グローバル組織での成長意欲。
• 30000～40000m2規模の倉庫管理経験、および柔軟なマインドセット。
