- Develop and execute supply plans based on demand forecasts to ensure product availability
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Negotiate with suppliers to optimize lead times
- Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock and improve turnover rates. Implement inventory control techniques such as safety stock calculations
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust supply strategies accordingly
- Support for New Products: Assist in the launch of new products and the phase-out of obsolete ones
- Analyze data and present the findings to management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
- Roll out Global initiatives and share best practices
- Lead cross-functional project teams to take concrete actions to turn opportunities into realizations
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards. This includes maintaining documentation and records for audits and inspections
- Requirements

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) are beneficial
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or planning, with a preference for experience in the medical device industry
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel,Power BI Tableau) and ERP systems, effective communication skills, and a thorough understanding of quality and regulatory standards
- Strong sense of ownership and proactiveness
- Strong cross-functional understanding (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs etc)
- Growth mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated customer- and result-oriented approach
- Good analytical thinking capabilities and cost-consciousness
- Can manage ambiguity and develop concepts from scratch
- Proficient in English (must be able to communicate also verbally with Global colleagues)
