Responsibilities

新規開発中のプラズマエッチング装置のプロセス開発をご担当いただきます。
業務内容：

• 顧客の要求性能に対するプロセス条件の最適化
• 新規ハードウェアの評価検証および改善提案
• 顧客との打ち合わせ

Requirements

必須要件：

• 下記のいずれかのご経験
  • 半導体プロセス、装置、材料のいずれかの開発経験
  • プラズマ技術を用いた装置の開発経験
  • 学生時代に上記と関連する研究をされていた方

歓迎要件：

• 半導体プラズマプロセスの開発経験
