- Responsibilities

■業務内容：製品開発本部 製剤開発グループに所属し、バイオロジクスの製剤開発担当者として、新製品の開発に必要な製剤開発の計画・実行を推進いただきます。
■業務詳細：- 最新の規制に基づいた医薬品の設計
- 製剤設計のリスクアセスメントの実施
- 社内外のパートナーと連携・協働による製剤開発のリード、計画的かつ確実な承認取得や安定供給に向けた技術移転
- 医療現場における実際の「声」、「要望」を取り入れた新規アイデアや製剤技術の立案
- Requirements

■必須条件：
- バイオロジクスの製剤開発に3年以上従事したご経験
- グローバル環境での他地域・役割のメンバーと協働できる能力
- 規制要件とガイドラインの知識
- 中級レベルの英語コミュニケーション力
