Responsibilities

・Oncology領域受託試験サービスの業務管理・予算達成
・PDX（Patient-Derived Xenograft）/ Immuno-Oncology事業の拡大戦略策定 / 実行
・受託試験サービスにおける顧客対応
・従業員管理

Requirements

■必須条件：
・ピープルマネジメント経験（グループを束ね、部下の教育、評価をしたことがあること）
・オンコロジー領域の知識（癌疾患の分野において知識を有する）

■歓迎条件
・In vivoのご経験（動物実験のご経験）
