Responsibilities

アイケア事業のマーケティング部門の中で下記業務をお任せします。
業務内容：

• アイケア事業部が販売する商品に関するプロダクトマーケティング業務　(市場投入から販売促進までの一連のプロダクトマーケティング)
• アイケア事業に関するブランディング戦略、マーケティングコミュニケーション戦略の企画立案、および実行管理
• グローバルマーケティング組織における事務局業務
• 上記に関わるプロジェクトの進捗管理、管理に必要な会議運営、報告資料作成

※いずれも管理職または管理職候補としての職務になります

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企画提案能力 (特にマーケティング企画・戦略において)
• 課題抽出力、問題解決能力
• メールや会議参加が可能なレベルのビジネス英語力
• プロジェクトマネージメント（計画立案、進捗管理、会議運営）に関する知識・スキル
• 協調性があり,社内外で業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
• メーカーにおけるマーケティング部門での業務経験（３年以上）
• グループ・課レベルのマネジメント経験（１年以上）
• 英語を用いた業務経験（1年以上）
