Responsibilities

• 日本企業を顧客とした米国市場向けECプロジェクトマネジメント
• 日・米メンバーならびにパートナー企業との連携・折衝
• 年間／月間売上計画の立案、実行、分析、改善提案
• 売上や施策のパフォーマンス計測、分析、米メンバーと改善施策を構築しクライアントに提示、実行
• ECオペレーションマネジメント（ECサイト、マーケティング、コールセンター、物流、会計）
• カスタマーサポートやロジスティクス、受発注・返品を含めたオペレーションのモニタリングと運営
• 顧客課題発掘・リレーション維持
• クライアントの期待値・課題感ヒアリングと対策立案・提案

Requirements

必須条件：経験

• EC運営知識・経験（ビジネス構造、お金／物の流れ、必要役割の理解と日々の運用）
• Shopify概要知識・使用経験（機能・構造理解、ノーコード範囲でのオペレーション経験）
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 日系企業をクライアントとした業務経験

スキル

• 英語力（ビジネスレベル：TOEIC(R)800点程度）
• Excelを使用したデータ集計、pptを使用した提案ドキュメンテーションの作成
