Responsibilities

◆業務内容【変更の範囲：当社の定める業務全般。将来的に会社の指示する業務への変更を命ずる可能性あり。】同社グループの連結財務諸表の作成等をご担当頂きます。 主な業務は以下の通りです。

• 連結決算業務（海外子会社等とのコミュニケーションを含む）
• IFRSに準拠した連結財務諸表（含む注記）作成
• グループの会計方針の検討・策定

(会計基準に基づいたグループの事業にとって最適なグループ会計方針の検討・策定他）
なお、中長期的には、適性に応じてより事業に近い事業経理や海外拠点経理など財務業務を担当いただく可能性があります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 簿記1級もしくは上場会社での連結決算従事歴3年以上
• 海外子会社との英文メールでの遣り取りを円滑に行える程度の英語力

■歓迎条件：

• 会計士資格もしくは税理士資格
• MBA
