Responsibilities

同社グループの海外拠点を踏まえた、グローバル人事としてご活躍いただきます。経営戦略、事業戦略を踏まえて、グローバルHRガイドラインの設計・運用、および拠点ごと最適化等をお任せします。

• グローバル人事戦略の立案と推進
• 駐在員・国内出向者管理（給与・その他処遇制度企画と管理）
• グローバル労務コンプライアンス推進
• 各種人事関係制度運用窓口

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外子会社HRの管理／人事／給与計算　等いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• 英語力(メール／MTGにて使用)
