Responsibilities

防衛力整備計画の大幅な拡充を受け、中長期の防衛産業の活況が見込まれています。当社は多様な製品で国防を支えており、研究開発・設計におけるリソース拡充を確実に実施していく必要があります。この中で、高速飛昇体の熱制御に関する研究開発、設計支援をご担当していただきます。案件ごとに研究所、設計部門のメンバーで構成されるチームの中で、関係部門と連携して研究業務を推進していただくとともに、将来的には研究プロジェクトの取りまとめをご担当していただきます。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

• 文献調査、学会聴講等による情報収集
• 研究計画策定
• 実験・解析、評価（伝熱、単相流動）
• 燃焼、材料、強度等の関連研究室、設計部門、ビジネスパートナー社との連携
• 将来的に上記全般の取りまとめ

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 機械工学（機械・航空宇宙）に関する基礎知識を有し、特に伝熱・流動現象に関する知識を有する方
• 研究開発に対して主体的に取り組める向上心／探求心／粘り強さ等を有する方
• 対象製品は問わず、伝熱・流動現象に関わる研究・設計の経験のある方（解析もしくは実験の経験がある方であれば尚可）
• 英語の文献、資料等が理解できる（英語によるコミュニケーション、文書作成能力を有すると尚可）
