Responsibilities

• 1つまたは複数のグローバルカテゴリーにおけるサプライヤーの品質確保を担当し、グローバルおよび地域のカテゴリーマネージャーと協働しながら業務を進めます。
• サプライヤー選定活動をサポートし、カテゴリーマネージャーと共にカテゴリー戦略を策定します。担当カテゴリーのサプライヤーに対して、リーダーシップ、戦略、ビジョン、監督、トレーニング、メンタリングを提供し、エスカレーションが発生した場合はローカル/リージョナル組織をサポートすします。

Requirements

必須要件：

• サプライヤー品質管理のご経験
• 高水準の品質ツールと方法論スキル（例：8D、5-Whys、FMEA、IQ/OQ/PQ）
