Responsibilities

• 事業活動を通じた環境、社会へのインパクト効果の測定(インパクト測定管理(IMM)の実行)
• EUの情報開示指令CSRDやCSDDDの施行に備えた準備プロジェクトの運営(EU圏内企業と協働)
• ESG評価機関への情報開示とスコアリング/格付け向上に向けた戦略策定と推進
• TNFD分析の推進とネイチャーポジティブアクションの策定
• サステナビリティレポートの分析と更改企画
• 財務データ基盤と連携したESG管理システム(※)の導入プロジェクト企画
• 　(※例：カーボンフットプリント等 製品別 環境フットプリント可視化に向けたシステム)
• CSR、サステナブル調達(環境、倫理、人権等)のマネジメントの体制基盤構築

Requirements

応募要件：

• 製造業におけるESG、サステナビリティ推進分野の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外とのコミュニケーションが発生するため）

歓迎要件：

• サステナビリティレポート開示やESG評価機関への企業情報開示、インパクト測定の経験
• CSR調達経験
