Responsibilities

サービスの品質保証およびユーザネガティブ体験の削減を実現するために、楽天グループ全体の品質向上活動において、分析スペシャリストとしてプロジェクトの企画・運営、管理などを行っていただきます。

• 現状分析（Webアクセスログ、購買データ、ポイント獲得／利用データ等）を踏まえた企画立案および戦略策定
• 関係者への企画説明／実行／管理
• 品質指標の策定／運用
• 基準/ガイドラインの策定／運用／展開推進
• グループ全体でのインシデント防止スキームの策定
• NPSスコア分析に基づいたサービス品質改善プロジェクトを計画／実行など

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネス観点とデータ分析スキルをバランス良くお持ちの方
• 事業会社またはコンサルティングファームにて、問題解決のご経験を積まれた方
• グループ全体を捉え、経営上の意思決定事項に関わるうえでの、俯瞰力／洞察力／対話力
• 具体的に変化を創出する、戦略思考×問題解決志向×遂行力

• 客満足度やNPSの調査／分析業務経験
• コンサルティングファーム出身者
