Responsibilities

• デバイス技術企画部においてパワーデバイスプロセス技術ソリューション企画担当として、パワーデバイス技術に関する考察・検討をお任せします。
• デバイス技術を軸に先行技術を探索し，新しい技術、価値を創造・創出するための戦略を提案すことがMissionです。
• 情報収集活動として、外部研究機関（国内・海外）との共同研究を通じた議論、また学会等（国内・海外）への参加。
• 情報収集活動により得られた情報から、将来予測される新構造、新材料、等に関する技術的な課題、必要となるプロセス技術について分析をおこない、同社内にて情報共有活動を通して、新規装置ビジネスへ貢献する。
• 顧客企業からのリクエストに対応するために、社内の関連部署とも連携して対応。

Requirements

• 半導体関連の研究・開発経験がある方　(目安として5年以上)
• 英語力(TOEIC 700点)

歓迎要件:

• 化合物半導体デバイスやテクノロジーノード 130nm以降のロジック半導体技術についての知識
