Company overview

We were founded with the goal of commercializing simulation technology originating in Japan and expanding it worldwide. We contribute to high value-added manufacturing in the manufacturing industry through visualization and computer graphics technology, centered on our proprietary fluid analysis software and powder analysis software. Our simulation technology, which is used in a wide range of fields including automobiles, machinery, chemicals, food, medicine, and disaster prevention, is highly regarded both domestically and internationally. Using our innovative physics simulation technology "particle method" and massively parallel processing technology, we are creating new value in two fields: engineering simulation and visualization. Our fluid analysis software is strong in simulating liquid behavior with large deformations, and our powder analysis software provides high-precision analysis using the discrete element method. In addition, we provide technology to visualize analysis results into high-quality CG movies and consulting services by professional engineers.

Responsibilities

• 当社が保有する技術の特長を最大限に引き出して、顧客の技術課題を解決
• 製品の改善提案を行い、製品の活用シーンを拡大
• 技術知見を文書化して、会社全体の技術力向上に貢献
• 営業、マーケティングを技術的に支援
• 解析技術部/西日本支社/各代理店のエンジニアへ自発的に知識共有を行い、粉体シミュレーションに関する技術支援を実施
• 顧客との打合せ、技術課題の理解とソリューション提案
• 受託解析・ベンチマーク解析の提案/実行。提案書や結果報告書の作成、プレゼンテーション
• 製品セミナーや各種カンファレンスでのプレゼンテーション
• 解析や実験等の技術調査、社内報告書の作成
• 製品開発部との改善提案
• 営業、マーケティングのための技術資料、デモ動画などの販促コンテンツ作成

Requirements

• 製造業の研究開発、設計、生産技術、製造部門での5年以上またはそれと同等の実務経験
• プロジェクト型業務のリード経験
• DEMを用いた研究または実務経験
• 各種カンファレンスでのプレゼンテーション経験
• 粉体工学の知識 
• 新しい技術への興味、探求心
• 口頭および文章による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 顧客や同僚社員の考えや思いを理解する姿勢
• 自ら考え、率先して行動し、周囲を動かすリーダーシップ

歓迎条件:

• 工学系または理学系学部卒以上
• プリセールス、サポート、コンサルティングの実務経験
• C＋＋、Python、Javascriptなどのプログラミング実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力
• 起業家マインド
• 当社事業に対する共感と製品を普及させる熱い情熱をお持ちになれる方
