Responsibilities

■業務内容：
洗浄装置の販売拡大にともない、営業を技術面から支援するグループの強化のための採用となります。特に米国や中国顧客へのプロモーションを対応いただける方を探しています。
※変更の範囲：本人の能力、希望、将来のキャリア形成等を総合的に勘案し、社内で定める業務。

同社の展開する半導体製造装置の技術営業として、下記業務をお任せします。

• TELや所属営業部、グループの方針を理解し、上長やメンバーと共に顧客の要求や目的をヒアリングして自社の製造装置をプロモーションし、高付加価値で販売。
• 新仕様や機能について、工場の開発チームに相談して実現を検討。
• 納入済みの装置を担当FEと共にサポートし、次期投資や新たな機能に活かす。
• 必要に応じて上長・先輩社員の指示・指導・アドバイスを受けながら、分析・判断・企画提案を実行する非定型業務を担当。

■働き方：

• 残業は10－20h　繁忙期：30－40h
• 繁閑ありますがフレックスや在宅勤務も活用しながらフレキシブルに勤務も出来る環境です。
• 月2回程度の出張が発生します。(米国、中国、熊本などの国内)

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 半導体やFPDの装置メーカーまたは製造メーカーなどで、洗浄技術に関連した業務経験をお持ちの方
• 英語（プレゼンテーションやメール文書の読解など）

■歓迎要件：

• 中国語が堪能な方
