Responsibilities

経理財務担当として、以下業務をお任せします。

• 進出国での取引、国際取引など今後さらに複雑化、かつ、世界情勢の応じて変化していく当社ビジネスにおいて、各種法令対応、内部統制、IT化なども含めた財務・経理・税務業務に取り組んでいただきます。
• 特に環境変化の激しい中ですので、どんな状況でも踏みとどまり自分で考えて適切に対処することが求められます。
• 海外出向する場合は広範な部門を担当することもあります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経理財務・税務など（いずれか一つでも可）の実務経験
• 論理立てて考え仕事に取り組む力
• 新たな環境（マキタの組織）で活躍できる人

歓迎条件：

• 英語など外国語を使っての業務経験（会話・メール等）
• TOEIC（R）テスト750以上程度
• 係長相当以上の経験
• 海外駐在の経験
