Responsibilities

国内・グローバルの税務コンプライアンス、税務ガバナンス及びタックスマネジメント（移転価格やM&A等の国際税務・税務プラニング業務など）を担当します。

• 国内グループ通算制度対応・税効果会計
• グループ内外の組織再編等に対する税務面からの検討や助言
• 国際税務
• BEPS対応（グローバルミニマム課税など）
• 移転価格対応
• 税務方針の作成、周知、指導　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国内上場会社での経理・税務の実務経験（法人税の申告業務の経験が望ましい）または税理士法人・監査法人での実務経験
• TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上

歓迎条件：

• グループ通算制度や組織再編税制、国際税務・移転価格の知識・経験があれば尚可
• 税理士（法人税）あるいは会計士の有資格者は尚可
• これまでの経験を活かして即戦力として活躍が期待できる方。
• TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上
