• 株主総会関連業務（企画、運営、分析、情報収集　）
• 取締役会関連業務
• 株式関連業務

Requirements

• コーポレートガバナンスに関する実務経験5年以上
• 株主総会の企画、運営経験3年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き必須/目安TOEIC800点）
• 業務の中で、海外リージョンや外国人役員との調整のため、英語メール、その他資料作成では日常的に英語使用あり
