• 社内関係各所からの法務相談対応
• 契約書審査
• ガバナンス関連業務
• 業務改善

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企業または法律事務所での経験（8年以上）
• 日本弁護士資格
• 民法、金融関連業法の知見
• 訴訟・紛争対応経験
• コミュニケーション能力
