Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 契約書ドラフト・レビュー（和文・英文）
• 他部署からの法務質問対応
• 社内コンプライアンス遵守の徹底（モニタリング、教育・研修）
• 社内規定のレビュー、必要に応じた変更
• 輸出規制に関する業務
• 海外オフィスとの連携
• 会社法関連業務
• 外部弁護士事務所との連携

Requirements

必須要件：

• 法学部出身
• 日本語：母国語レベル
• 英語：流暢なレベル
• 5年以上の法務業務経験（事務所・企業どちらでも可。事務所の場合は企業法務案件担当経験必須）
• 独立して仕事ができるだけの経験値

歓迎要件：

• ライフサイエンス領域の業界での法務経験
• 弁護士資格（日本／海外）
• 部下マネジメント経験
