Responsibilities

• 国内の社員教育、新入社員研修、階層別研修、新人管理職研修、英語研修など。
• グローバル取り組みとしては、人材交流プロジェクト等もあります。
• 人材をいかに育成していくかがテーマであり、組織を底上げしていく事、目標を共有し同じゴールを目指す事など、教育の果たす役割は今後非常に大きくなりますので、会社のさらなる発展に向け、社員一人一人の成長のために企画、実施、運営を推進頂きます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 社員教育の経験者 ※教育体系の構築、研修講師等の経験
• 英語力(ビジネスレベル)
