Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced campaigns & corporate business marketing director with strong digital skills. This position is a professional individual contributor that takes a leadership role in the development of successful marketing strategies for occupier businesses in Japan and potentially has report lines in the future.
Main responsibilities:
  • Lead campaigns across business lines and take a balance between global/regional approaches and bottom-up approaches based on the local needs
  • Formulate marketing strategy and execute strategic and tactical activities as a corporate business marketing vertically to support Japan business growth
  • Responsible for brand campaign and also for some sector marketing
  • Work closely with different marketing groups at regional and global level in order to ensure consistency throughout global campaigns & approaches and be a key driver for the integration and expansion of our marketing & digital capabilities.
  • Develop client-centric multi touch point campaigns and nurturing programs to create and maintain high levels of interaction and engagement, generating business inquiries and leads for the various business units within the company
  • Work with content marketing to achieve goals of each customer journey’s stage
  • Measure ROI, define KPIs and be responsible for budget planning and monitoring
  • Leverage analytics and analyse clients’ behaviour to help sales identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments and trends in the market

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Around 10 years or more of integrated marketing experience in international B2B companies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful 360 marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Familiar with brand strategy
  • A hands-on experience and ability to work and deliver as an individual contributor
  • Experience in lead gen/demand gen and pipe creation
  • Strong digital marketing skills and experience
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
  • Strong teamwork mindset and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools and new online and digital tools
  • A pro-active and can-do attitude
  • Native level in Japanese and business level of English
  • Have a passion for marketing
