Responsibilities

■業務内容：

米国現地法人から提出されるメンテナンス作業に関する報告書の事務処理、依頼事項への対応（トラブル対応含む）、週ごとに電話会議を実施し、その中で出てくるアクションアイテムの抽出と解決、会議資料の作成（月例、市場品質連絡ミーティング）などを行います。

※普段のやり取りはメールですが、週に2回程度、朝（時差のため）ミーティングがあります。また半年に1回程度の海外出張があります。（拠点訪問・トラブルシューティングのため）海外現法とのやりとりはほぼ英語で、毎日使用します。

■雇用形態について：

契約期間は1年間です。（更新あり、最長3年間）入社後1年経過後の4月・10月に正社員登用の機会を設け、約9割の方が登用となっています。

 

Requirements

＜業界未経験可＞＜職種未経験可＞
■必須条件：

• 大卒以上（理工系）
• TOEIC(R)テスト700点以上
• Excel、Word、PowerPointでの資料作成スキル
• コミュニケーション能力の高い方

■歓迎条件：

• 半導体メーカまたは半導体チップメーカの技術関連部門での勤務経験や、装置メンテナンス経験
