Responsibilities

• イメージセンサー開発プロジェクトの製品品質保証および信頼性評価
• 品質課題解決までの全体リーディング。必要に応じて顧客対応
• 品質信頼性業務プロセス改善検討
• 新規信頼性評価技術開発

Requirements

• 信頼性評価(寿命予測・実験計画・統計分析等)経験
• 半導体／電子部品／電子デバイスの製品設計・開発・評価経験
